MIS CDS strikes deal to purchase IT Security Division of Nexus Technology

MIS CDS, one of the UK’s largest IT security providers has agreed a deal with Nexus Technology Limited (Nexus) to purchase the IT Security Division, including all support and maintenance agreements of all of Nexus’ security customers. MIS CDS will take on Nexus’ commercial and technical security staff and will combine Nexus’ security product portfolio with its own to ensure that Nexus clients maintain the highest level of service

Nexus was founded 14 years ago as a specialist systems integrator and developer of bespoke applications for major organisations, the company has also developed a number of specialist software applications into which it has made significant investment.

“We will continue to focus on developing and marketing our own Corporate Governance product range. We feel NETconsent and ProfilerLive present us a huge opportunity and we want to concentrate on turning these into world leading brands.” said Robin Saunders, Managing Director, Nexus. “With our efforts lying so heavily on product development we felt that our security customers deserved the best service possible which is why we have agreed this deal with MIS CDS.”
