Methodology

MIS CDS has developed a structured methodology designed to provide an in-depth review of the level of security on business critical hosts.

The methodology involves MIS CDS gathering information from key servers on the OS and software levels, user, system and networks settings.

Analysis 

This host audit not only analyses the configuration of a critical host, but also bench marks the configuration against best practice guidelines created by MIS CDS security consultants  developed over years of auditing both large and small environments.

Reporting 

The audit report contains a detailed analysis of all discovered security issues, together with detailed recommendations to address these issues. This report provides a valuable tool for developing baseline configurations for future deployments.
