Next Day Hardware Replacement -When clients purchase a product from MIS CDS it will come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty for the first year. However, this usually means that a faulty product will need to be returned to the manufacturer’s base for fixing and this can take up to a week. Some clients cannot afford to wait for this process, as the security device is mission critical to their core business. For these clients, MIS CDS has a unique service, which offers next working day configured hardware replacement.
