This implementation package includes a technical workshop including all stakeholders involved in the project. You will receive a report template which acts as an agenda for the workshop and ensures consistency throughout the project.
Your e-ForceGOLD Workshop Topics will cover:
- Design aspects
- Security zones and logical paths
- Device management
- Required functionality
- Security management
- Physical security
- Supporting infrastructure
- Ongoing policy management
- Required changes in corporate security policy
- Ensuring that your new device is in line with existing policy
- A full remote penetration test one week after implementation to provide external assurance.
- An on-site follow up after two weeks, including;
- Log review
- Policy tuning
- On-site performance tuning
- Any management issues
Your highly detailed documentation will also include;
- Workshop results and decisions
- “As-built” configuration
- Network diagram
- Security policy to reflect the enhanced elements of your workshop
