AffinityWALL Express is a fully managed firewall service designed to suit smaller
organisations and branch offices that require management at a reduced cost.
The service comprises of the following components;
- 24 x 7 Monitoring of Security device and up to five Internet facing Services
- 3 hour Maximum Incident/Change Response time provided by the MIS CDS Security
- Operations Centre
- 15 Policy Changes per annum within Supported Hours
- Support Hours 7 x 7 x 7 (Weekends and Bank Holidays Included)
- Weekly Policy and Hardware Backups to our Secure Operations Centres
- Installation of all Critical Service packs and patches to address new vulnerabilities
- Next Day Hardware Replacement Available on Selected Watchguard and NetScreen products
1st Year Service Includes
- Chosen NetScreen or Watchguard Product (Owned)
- 24 x 7 Monitoring and Managed Service
- Next Day Hardware Replacement
- Pre-Installation by an MIS CDS Service Engineer
- 7 x 7 x 7 Support on Selected Product
- Installation of all patches/service packs
- Management of Site-to-site VPN Tunnels (all devices must be managed by MIS CDS for this service)
- 3 Hour response SLA
2nd Year Service Includes
- 24 x 7 Monitoring and Managed Service
- Next Day Hardware Replacement
- Year 2 Software Subscriptions
- 7 x 7 x 7 Support on Selected Product
- Installation of all patches/service packs
- Management of Site-to-site VPN Tunnels (all devices must be managed by MIS for this service)
- 3 Hour response SLA
- Telephone Support between 09.00 - 17.00 hrs Mon-Fri (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
At the beginning of year two of the AffinityWALL EXPRESS, MIS CDS will
carry out a Soho product suitability review. If after carrying out this review MIS CDS chooses to recommend a
different product within the environment, then MIS CDS will replace the product as part of the managed service at no
extra cost.
