AffinityWALL Express 

AffinityWALL Express is a fully managed firewall service designed to suit smaller organisations and branch offices that require management at a reduced cost. 

The service comprises of the following components;

  • 24 x 7 Monitoring of Security device and up to five Internet facing Services
  • 3 hour Maximum Incident/Change Response time provided by the MIS CDS Security
  • Operations Centre
  • 15 Policy Changes per annum within Supported Hours
  • Support Hours 7 x 7 x 7 (Weekends and Bank Holidays Included)
  • Weekly Policy and Hardware Backups to our Secure Operations Centres
  • Installation of all Critical Service packs and patches to address new vulnerabilities
  • Next Day Hardware Replacement Available on Selected Watchguard and NetScreen products

1st Year Service Includes

  • Chosen NetScreen or Watchguard Product (Owned)
  • 24 x 7 Monitoring and Managed Service
  • Next Day Hardware Replacement
  • Pre-Installation by an MIS CDS Service Engineer
  • 7 x 7 x 7 Support on Selected Product
  • Installation of all patches/service packs
  • Management of Site-to-site VPN Tunnels (all devices must be managed by MIS CDS for this service)
  • 3 Hour response SLA

2nd Year Service Includes

  • 24 x 7 Monitoring and Managed Service
  • Next Day Hardware Replacement
  • Year 2 Software Subscriptions
  • 7 x 7 x 7 Support on Selected Product
  • Installation of all patches/service packs
  • Management of Site-to-site VPN Tunnels (all devices must be managed by MIS for this service)
  • 3 Hour response SLA
  • Telephone Support between 09.00 - 17.00 hrs Mon-Fri (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
At the beginning of year two of the AffinityWALL EXPRESS, MIS CDS will carry out a Soho product suitability review.  If after carrying out this review MIS CDS chooses to recommend a different product within the environment, then MIS CDS will replace the product as part of the managed service at no extra cost.
