24 x 7 Monitoring
By continuously monitoring the firewall MIS CDS is able to act immediately to any alert. MIS CDS will also monitor the ISP router and up to three other devices as part of this service.

Full Management
As part of the management package, MIS CDS will ensure that your firewall is up to date with the latest software upgrades. MIS CDS will also implement change requests after reviewing them first for any security issues. Change Requests are always discussed with you so that you are fully aware of what is happening on your firewall.

On-Line Support
Affinity clients are able to benefit from the services available on the MIS CDS Service Portal including a full audit trail of changes made to the firewall.  In addition to allowing Change Requests to be submitted securely on-line, you can also update an existing support call or request an update to a support call. The Portal is also able to give you on-line reports on the firewalls activity and can send update alerts on relevant vulnerabilities within your network.

Bespoke Contact Procedures
To cater for all client needs, the firewall service allows you to specify when and how you need to be contacted about an incident. For example you may not want a phone call during the night, but will want one as soon as you start work at 8:30.
