AffinityASSURE is a value added consultancy service from MIS CDS.  The AffinityASSURE service assigns a dedicated MIS CDS security specialist to each customer. Your hand picked consultant will act as a ‘virtual’ member of your IT team and will in effect be an ‘on call’ employee.

Your AffinityASSURE security consultant will build a clear understanding of your infrastructure and security requirements. Your consultant will form relationships with relevant staff and will be on hand to assist and advise on security projects, security improvement programs or any other security related issues. As an AffinityASSURE client you can select your consultant or consultants based on their level of experience in the specific area that you would like to focus on.

The AffinityASSURE consultants have a wide range of experience with different technologies both from an installation and an evaluation point of view. Should you require your consultant to make recommendations on security technologies, you will have the benefit of a totally unbiased security consultant recommending solutions that fulfill your functional and budgetary requirements.

As an AffinityASSURE client you will have access to a security expert that can attend infrastructure design or other internal IT project meetings and will be able to provide guidance on best practice security methods giving you the peace of mind that all aspects of your security projects are being considered and addressed.

How does the AffinityASSURE service work?

• Before any work commences MIS CDS will provide you with a skills matrix of available consultants, thus allowing you to select the most suitable consultant for your business requirements.

• As a customer you would pay a quarterly retainer fee entitling you to access to a named security consultant for an allotted amount of hours.

• If you require more time than is agreed within your retainer, you have the option to top-up the time at a discounted rate.

• You can accumulate any unused time for one year, after which the time outstanding time will be annulled, unless work has been pre scheduled.

AffinityASSURE Pricing;

Retainer Fee - 1800 per Quarter for 16 hours of your Consultants time.

Additional days can be purchased at the highly discounted rate of 800 per day.

If you purchase and pay for four quarters in advance the total price is heavily discounted to 5,800 per annum, saving you 1400 for a whole year’s service.
